Sea side flat 5 with fast WIFI and free PARKING

Positive: Fantastic location, clean quiet and comfortable, good value too especially if you don't want the hussle of hotels etc Negative: Front entrance just needs a good shove 😅and the front main room could do with soft lighting for the evening etc, especially as it's getting dark earlier, otherwise perfect, highly recommended

Positive: Few cobwebs about The window in front room/ kitchen rattled all night with the wind so stuck kitchen roll in the gaps. Bed was comfy ..shower was good. The only major problem was all the stairs would of preferred ground floor as wife suffers with arthritis also didn't have a view. Could of done with a throw or something in the early hours as the heater wasn't that warm. Maybe a plastic jug or pot that can go in microwave plus a few bigger glasses ie pint glasses and only 1 wine glass. Could also do with a light above mirror for shaving no light or not enough natural light. Scarborough was lovely and would definitely come back but ground floor. Negative: Think I wrote enough above.

Positive: The facilities were good ,the bed was comfortable and clean ,the shower was good ,the kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay ..but we had dificulty with the stairs to room5 being disabled ..our fault we should have looke into that .. Negative: Attention to detail needed .curtain rail in bedroom broken ..cobwebs on light fittings ...dirty fan in bathroom ..only one chair at dining table

Sorry won’t be staying again😳 Positive: Seaview Negative: You can’t really say it’s ‘seafront’ as you do have to walk a considerable way to the front, Flat 5 not good for more than couple nights, unfortunately we had booked for 7😩, 1 dining chair in kitchenette and a very uncomfortable chaise long thing to sit on! Photos on Booking.com are very misleading, should have realised “cosy” meant small! Tiny bathroom Iv never complained in my life and hate to have to do this but £628.00 is what we paid and really not at all worth the money! Ooh and don’t tell you Flat5 has quite a few stairs to reach it😥All in all not a good stay here.

Clean, cheap and cheerful! Positive: Safe for solo travellers. Gorgeous soft bed! Perfect for self catering with a microwave and cooker. Good location too Negative: The bathroom is small — if you are tall you may struggle!
