Basic but clean Positive: Large kitchen surfaces Parking on street outside Reasonably clean Negative: Kitchen was poorly stocked - no chopping board or bread knife, limited plugs Windows couldn't be left open at night due to security risk of access Sea View minimal - mostly cars on road and couldn't see much through the condensation on the windows in the morning TV has no terrestrial access . It is reliant on you logging into your iPlayer / Amazon etc account Decor was tired

Great View Positive: Great Location with Great View and had all what was needed in the apartment for a comfortable stay . Negative: Noisey Guests and the Constant Slamming of the Front Door by Guests going In and Out which used to literally Vibrate the room and make you jump sometimes as the room was situated next to the Front Door .

We enjoyed our stay there and would return again. Positive: Great views, good location, easy parking, easy walk into town and sea front Negative: We were there in a heat wave and the property was hot this was the only downside.

My 3 day reminisce Positive: The position of the place is perfect. You're practically in the middle of both north and south bay, looking straight out to sea. The bed was comfy and had all I needed to make my stay easy and relaxed. The staff were great and I was able to contact them with any queries I had. Don't expect it to be modern! It's an old building with lots of character, clearly popular to stay at and well cleaned. Negative: Nothing I didn't like, but I would advise bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Again, with it being an old building, (which l love about it) the floors do creak so if you have guests above you, as I did, it can be disturbing.
