The flat served its purpose and was reasonably priced Positive: The location is faultless There are plenty of facilities close by The flat was adequately equipped Negative: The windows were very draughty. I would not agree that the Wi-Fi is superfast. Not sure this is the right place for this but it would have been nice to have a clock in the kitchen.

Positive: Great location and more handy than a BnB with a little one, fantastic that there was an extra heater, fan and ironing facilities. Great that you could get YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Good working shower. Just about worked for a couple of nights but wouldn't stay longer. Negative: Unfortunately Attention to detail with regards to cleanliness and maintenance is key! It was very dusty in the bedroom in particular. Some items in the kitchen area were not clean. The fridge had bits of food residue in it. There were stains on the curtains and floors stuff could do with a deep clean and the room over all needs so maintenance and freshening up. The bathroom was the cleanest room which was positive. Not enough cutlery if more than one person only one of most things. The bed wasn't the cleanest with hairs in it off putting when you have your 2 year old child staying there. I woke up with bites the next morning. Given the cleanliness I am unsure I would allow my child to stay again and wonder if the owners themselves would be happy staying in a room of this standard. Our socks were dirty after walking on the floors. I wouldn't return unless things were improved and a deep clean done.
