Seaside flat with fast WIFI

Positive: The flat is in a good location, a short walk into town and to the sea front. It was a very good price. It was also clean. Negative: The flat was very dated and it smelled musty / damp. The whole place needs redecorating, there was paint peeling off the walls and the fire door to the kitchen had no handle. The bed was old and really needs to be replaced and the shower leaked water all over the floor (I tried multiple times to ensure the screen was correct). With it being a basement flat it was very cold. There were heaters provided though.

Great location but ..... Positive: Fantastic location. Very clean. Responsive and helpful owner. Negative: Unfortunately the boiler was not working so there was no hot water. There are additional electric heaters provided so we could heat the flat. The owners tried their best to sort it out and when it was clear that wasn't possible they moved us to an upstairs flat with electric shower so we could shower. Bathroom in second flat was very small but view over sea was lovely. Basement flat obviously had no view. Although flat and bedding were very clean the interior of the basement flat was tired and some things needed attention ( eg door knob on door from living room to kitchen had come off). It was cheap accommodation for a lovely location and I think the owners have not had it very long so it maybe that things will improve but as it is currently I wouldn't choose to stay again.

Positive: Location price was conformable Negative: Toilet blocked noise from upstairs and heating blasting out

Positive: Great flat and facilities, great location, i will use this again, very clean and comfortable flat great size perfect for my 4 day stay no problems at all. Met the cleaner lovely women
